Fringes 2004 is listed as a required library.

A nice 1st effort. Well laid out, played smooth, a Links style course. The planting was good and about waht would be expected. I did notice it was missing a library Fringes 2004 that was not listed. The course, while having tight fairways, does lack challenge with probably 15 of the greens close to being dead flat. The back nine did present some thought off the tee as doglegs came into play. 3 or 4 holes were missing tee markers. Still a very nice effort!
