Hi guys, I'm having a bear of a time trying to download the course "The Love Tap". It keeps asking me for my username and password. When I type those in, it keeps popping up again asking for the user and pass. After a few attempts, it finally pops up "Access Denied, invalid credentials" Any suggestions???

try deleting cookies:

Tools->Internet Options->Browsing->Delete->delete Cookies
