Problem:
--------
I can join game using Hamachi and playing on LAN. For some reason the last few months I''ve been unable to set up a game with guys I have been playing since 02. Have checked all I can think of. Thought it might be firewall, but unable to pinpoint problem. Any help would be appreciated. Running windows 10 64 bit. I set up game as usual, but my guys can''t see it on Tiger Woods 08. Thanks-Rod

Well, tonight my friend Larrow4 and I fixed the problem. Somehow we turned off the private firewall. And then allowed the WLAN through the firewall. Then we turned the private firewall back on and it worked. "Thank you" Gunpower61 for adding to shoutbox. Wish I knew the correct technology to help others. I believe one of my windows 10 updates caused the mess. All I know is, I can setup a game and my buddys can now see and join.-Rod

That''s great Rod that you can Host the game and your buddies can join your game.
My question is: Can you join someone else who is Hosting a game?
I can join a friend''s Hosted game, but he cannot join me when I Host a game.
Anyone have a true technical solution for this Hosting problem? TIA |

| I can join my friends game, and now they can join my hosted game. Prior to my fix, they could not see my hosted game. I can talk to you on skype, which will be better than typing back and forth. I"ll send you a private message regarding this.-Rod |

I have been having the same exact problem. I do not understand your explanation of the fix.
What is the private firewall I need to turn off? And when I do that, what do I do next?

Hello, i found a good video about Hamachi on windows 10.
You have to give Hamachi prermissions in your windows firewall
When you go to 12 mins on the video, then it is explained how to do the settings in your windows firewall.

When your game can''t be seen. I have found it to be a fire wall problem. Some people have 2 and 3 firewalls running.
So that probably means that giving permissions in windows Firewall is not enough, the other firewalls might block Hamachi too.
