Hello chip,

You have to copy and paste those players( plr files ) in the folder: PGA Tour....in TW08 then you will see the updated players in PGA tour mode in TW08.

C:\Program Files (x86)\EA Sport/Tiger Woods PGA Tour 08/Players/PGA Tour
