Hi all,
I've created custom tours before, where you create a new player (let's say Rory McIlroy) set him to AI when creating a custom game and adjust his stats accordingly.
Then you copy his plr file into whichever tour you want him to play and that's all easy enough.
My question is, as long as you don't mind all the plr players' stats being the same (say scoring average 66.5) can you just copy the .plr file multiple times and rename it to another player? Rather than creating a new golfer every time and doing it that way.
So you'd copy the Rory McIlroy plr file, rename it Dustin Johnson.plr then move that file into the PGA Tour file where your created McIlroy file sits?
Is it workable? Thinking of saving time when creating/updating new tours :)

Hello, i am not 100% sure, but i don t think you can just rename the plr file, i don t think that will work.

Ah, seems like bangus would know if that was the case. It'll have to be the long way around! Thanks for replying.
Bonus is I'll be able to at least vary the abilities a bit. I am also happy to upload my tour this time when I'm finished.
