every time i open tw caddie i get a message saying failed to configure. i press continue and it starts. it wont let me download any courses or libraries and the same message comes up every time i try.

Hello, did you try to uninstall and reinstall TW Caddie 08 ?
When TW Caddie08 suddenly stopped working, then a reinstall might solve the problem.
