In 1999 a Group of New York Elite Business owners acquired a stunning piece of land, the goal of this purchase was to create a golf club with pristine golfing conditions in a private setting. With limits on the membership to 200, and a $150,000 initiation fee, the course is exclusive. The front nine, called the Valley Nine, in which holes 4,5,6,7, & 8 cross a valley that runs though the course, a stream known as the Eldrick River bottoms out the valley. The back 9 named the Sand Hills, were holes 10,11, & 12 connect at a point called Hogan?s Lookout. The Old Tom Morris holes, a short stretch of challenging short holes, starting with the 286 yard Par 4 14th, and completes it self on the short 346 yard 16th. The Closing two holes named Arnold and Jack, finish off the course in style. After the round, have a few drinks it is on the house.
