i can play both the new 07 version in 08 and this 08 version and not using texmod on either, and to be honest i found both just fine not only to look at but in how smooth they both ran, im sure you are right Hyno about looking better with texmod but not sure how many people will try using a different program to run the game, thank you for all your hard work over the years ive always enjoyed your work

This course was a test run to see if I was going to release Royal Portrush for 08 and if people would install it correct. The comments thus far are we don't need TexMods and rather be lazy and not install the course correct. Way back when on Sabastian 1, nobody would install that course correct with the ini file and they would get the yellow sky. 15 years later nothing changes this time you just get mis colored rough. People over the years got used to designers using terrible rough blends and 1st cuts and fringes that don't match at all. If you like horrible color blends, than don't play this course in Texmod and add it to the collection of goat ranches.

Gunpower61 of course it works with out TexMod but the rough color does not match or blend correct which turns this course in to a goat ranch.

This is a TEXMOD Golf course, you must run the game via the TEXMOD app
(The TEXMOD file replaces the K-Club 08 Weed Rough)
To play other courses that uses the K-Club 08 Weed Rough, Exit game and re-start using normal loading.
First download:
Portrush Texmod08
http://www.coursedownloads.com/extras/details.asp?id=1121
Create a folder and place the PortrushTexMod08.tpf file along with the Texmod.exe
This file replaces the K-Club08 Weedrough and a few structures as well.
Click on Texmod.exe and select Target Application, TW2008.exe
Go to Package Mode, click the folder and select PortrushTexMod08 than press run
