Great looking and diversified layout with plenty of water on many holes.
Even though the land in between the ordinary pano and the course looks grainy and glittering on my PC and the texture of the cart paths looks a little bit unusual, this par-72 is beautiful and quite challenging.
As BJMac mentioned below, the first hole is not... up to par compared to all other holes. Starting with the par-4 2nd hole and its green on the other bank of the lake, the landscape is much nicer. The par-4 4th hole and the nicer par-3 5th, both require over-the-water tee shots, just like the par-4 6th hole where you can see through the glass windows of a pavillion, what looks like historical figures...
The par-5 8th hole has a lot of reeds and the par-3 9th is simply gorgeous with the green surrounded by water and a beautiful fountain in the middle.
On the back 9, I like the par-5 10th with its lone tree right in the middle of the fairway, the par-3 13th, with its gorgeous view of the green encircled by trees, and the approach shot toward the green of the par-4 15th hole.
As for the par-5 18th, it will require all the power that you have left : with more than 600 yards, forget about getting an eagle !
TeeOffTowersey came out with a beautiful course where diversity is the name of the game. With plenty of water hazards, strategically-placed bunkers and nice attention to details (fences, fountains, etc.), he deserves a big round of applause for a job well done.

Simply put, amazing design. Everything about this screams excellence. The course is a beauty too. From an innocuous enough opening hole things get interesting quickly, with the layout constantly shifting and changing. The par 3 5th is a belter. There's plenty of one-shotters over water going around but this is simply one of the best - a ripper! And then the par 4 that follows requires you to repeat a similar shot off the tee with a wood...just brilliant golf design. I could go on but just download and enjoy. One of the best, cheers!

Thanks guys for the kind comments. The only issue I have is the dreaded glitter below the pano. This was caused by creating a perimeter. I had been away from designing for so long that I had forgotton about this issue. My next course (The London GC) will not have this problem.

The way we are playing here you might want to throw the clubs in the lake. If you throw the clubs in the lake, you might miss the lake.

played this one it was everything I imagined it would be. is excellent...the textures and libraries all blend perfectly must h thought had gone into that and what looks like a simple course eventually ends being a very detailed creation. that's why I rate it at 5 stars...THANKYOU TEEOFF!

Dont normally comment before i play a course but felt i had to this time...Its nice to see you still active in designing as you are one of the best out there I KNOW this course will be as good as your previous creations, I will play this tomorrow looking forward to it
