The TCA is the course architect file for you to alter. Most architects dont release the TCA, but this course does have it if you want to change it yourself. As for the playoff, I havent downloaded this course, but I imagine you just tee and go for the playoff. What else are you trying to do? Also, please dont post in all caps locks it is interpreted as yelling which is rarely well received.

HOW DO U PLAT THE RT PLAYOFF. I INSTALLED IN THE COURSE ULITILES BUT IT DIDNOT SHOW UP IN THE INVENTORY OF COURSES JUST ROYAL TROON (PLAYOFF 4 HOLES)
